Who know's?  How could art be dual?  How could anything be dual?  Even the bird outside, the opossum, your neighbor talking on the phone, the traffic, and the wind is art.  The appearance is art.   Form comes and goes.  And that is art too.  But what is it that does not come and go?  What is it that does not change.  There is no word for it.  This ineffable, inconceivable thing.  This isness.  The one thing.  And even calling it a thing is not it.  Because what is has no qualities.  And all qualities.  Even silence is a lie.  Because there is more than silence.  This is the nothing.  This is the nothing and everything.
